摘要
以改性硅藻土为添加剂,采用常规热压成型方法研制新型多功能复合型改性中密度纤维板,结果表明:硅藻土用量控制在10%以内时,板材静曲强度、弹性模量、内结合强度、吸水厚度膨胀率都能达到国家标准相关要求;硅藻土添加量控制在10%为宜,达到E1级板材标准规定甲醛释放量≤9 mg·100 g^(-1)的要求。新型中密度纤维板具阻燃、隔音、隔热、防水、质量轻和降低室内有毒气体等优点。
The new multifunction compound type modified MDF was developed by using common hot press molding method and taking modified diatomite as additive. The result showed that the static bending intensity,elasticity modulus,bonding strength,thickness swelling rate of water absorption can reach national standard relative require as the diatomite content controlled within 10 %. It can reach E1 level board standard code formaldehyde emission which was less than9 mg·100 g- 1as the diatomite content was 10 %. The new MDF had the advantages of inflaming retarding,sound insulation,thermal insulation,water proof,light quality and reducing indoor toxic gases.
