摘要
本文从落实新《技术推广法》的角度,提出各级国家林业技术推广机构应当发挥六大作用:总体规划和重点布局的参谋作用;项目建设和推广活动的监管作用;技术咨询和信息服务的主体作用;技术培训和科普宣传的主导作用;工作典型和示范样板的选树作用;科技专家和广大林农的连接作用。
The six effects which should be played by national forestry technology popularization organizations of each level were raised from the perspective of implementing new technology promotion law. They were the advice of comprehensive planning and important layout,supervising of project construction and promotion activity,main role of technology consulting and information service,leading role of technical training and popular science propaganda,example of representative and sample,connection of science and technology specialist and forest worker.
