新型器械清洗架在轴节类器械清洗中的应用研究

Application study of a new cleaning frame in cleaning of coupling medical instruments

目的:探讨支撑型器械固定清洗架提高轴节类器械清洗质量的有效方法。方法:选择300件污染的咬骨钳、鼻镜等闭合式轴节类器械随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各150件(咬骨钳50件、鼻镜100件)。实验组采用支撑型器械固定清洗架张开轴节类器械进行常规全自动清洗机清洗消毒。对照组采用橡胶瓶塞放于轴节类器械的咬合关节中间后进行常规全自动清洗机清洗消毒。用目测监测及带光源放大镜监测方法评价其清洗消毒后的清洗效果。结果:采用目测监测及带光源放大镜监测方法显示实验组器械的合格率分别为96.7%、95.3%,对照组器械的合格率分别为82%、78.7%。两组器械比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支撑型器械固定清洗架能使轴节类器械的关节处清洗消毒更加彻底,既能降低医院感染率的发生,又能使临床满意度及工作效率提升。

Objective： To study the effective methods to improve the cleaning quality of coupling medical instruments with a fixed supporting cleaning frame. Methods ： 300 contaminated coupling medical instruments were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 150 pieces （including 50 pieces of bone rongeurs and 200 pieces of nasal endoscopes） in each group. The instruments in experimental group were opened by using the fixed supporting cleaning frame, while those in control group were fixed by rubber closures. Then, these instruments in both groups were cleaned by automatic washer disinfector. The effects were evaluated by the visual method after the cleaning and disinfection. Results ： The qualification rates of visual method and illuminated magnifier were 96.7% and 95.3% in experimental group, respectively; while those in control group were 8 2 % and 78. 7 % , respectively, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions ： The cleaning method with the fixed supporting cleaning frame could clean the coupling medical instruments effectively to decline the hospital infection risk and improve the clinical satisfaction and work efficiency.
