摘要
为进一步提高预应力锚索的支护效果,在预应力锚索摩阻力现场试验研究成果以及已有研究成果归纳总结的基础上,对影响锚索支护效果的主要典型问题及其成因进行了分析,认为锚索存在的摩阻力大、钢绞线变形能力差是影响锚索支护效果的主要因素。在此基础上,分析了新近研发的新型预应力让压锚索的优势,该锚索采用特殊的让压装置和居中器,与传统预应力锚索相比具有变形能力强、摩阻力低的优势,可以解决传统锚索适应变形能力差的问题。该新型让压锚索在洪屏抽蓄电站工程中试验性应用表明,让压效果可靠。
In order to further improve the anchor cable supporting effect,some typical factors that influence the supporting effect were discussed based on the field test study of the friction resistance and the summary of the existing research results. The results show that the large friction resistance and the poor deformation ability are the important harmful factors. On the basis of the analysis of these typical problems,the advantages of a new anchor cable of yielding anchor were analyzed. The yielding anchor,which adopted the unique yielding equipment and centraliser equipment had great deformation ability and little friction resistance. This new type anchor cable could solve large deformation issues. This new type anchor cable had been put in trial application in Hongping Pumped-Storage Power Station and the result shows that the yielding effect is reliable.
