Construction and Application of Spatial Data Framework for the Terminal Supervision of Reservoir Immigrants

水库移民数据具有数量大、种类繁多等特点,而移民数据是进行水库移民末端监督的基础。探讨了水库移民末端监督空间数据框架的研究意义,对空间数据框架的构成进行了详细描述,构建了水库移民末端监督空间数据框架。水库移民末端监督空间数据框架分为框架基础服务体系和空间框架数据体系两大部分,其中空间框架数据体系又包括基础地理空间信息数据、专题数据和元数据,将传统的移民数据和具有时态性、空间性、地理性的地理空间数据进行融合。空间数据框架的构建,可以对移民数据进行动态监测和获取、分析移民人口、进行移民村建设规划,实现移民对建设项目资金使用情况的直接监督。

The data of reservoir immigrants is characteristic of large scale and multiple types. The reservoir immigrants data is the foundation of terminal supervision. The article discussed the research meaning of the spatial data framework for the terminal supervision of reservoir immigrants,described the data constitution of spatial data framework and built a spatial data framework for the terminal supervision of reservoir immigrants. The framework was divided into two parts of framework-based service system and spatial framework data system which including basic geospatial data,thematic data and metadata. The paper integrated the traditional migration data with the temporal,spatial and geographic geospatial information. It was pointed out that the building of spatial data framework could dynamically monitor and acquire the immigration data,analyze the immigrant population and carry out resettlement village construction planning,and help the immigrants supervise the use of funds in construction projects directly.
