摘要
水量调度是长距离调水工程自动化调度运行管理的核心。为了实现南水北调东线山东段水量调度自动化,在分析工程组织管理方式、水量调度业务流程的基础上,论述了水量调度系统建设的关键技术和实现方式:针对年内水量分配、实时水量调度、调度评价等主要业务模块,需建立数学模型,分别从供需水平衡计算、蓄量补偿计算和水力学仿真、调度评价指标体系建设等角度予以技术支撑;水量调度系统与外部系统的数据交互量大,根据不同情况应有不同处理方式,业务网与控制专网之间通过网闸摆渡的方式读取,业务网内的各应用系统根据数据量大小通过数据库同步或WebService方式交换数据。据此建设了一套能够有效协调供需各方需求的水量调度系统。
Water dispatching is the core of automatic dispatching operation management of long distance water transfer project. In order to realize water dispatching automatization of Shandong Section of Eastern Route Project of South- to-North Water Transfers, on the basis of analyzing the management mode of engineering organization and the business process of water dispatching, the key technologies and realization methods of water dispatching system were discussed: The core business modules such as water quantity allocation, real-time water quantity dispatching, dispatching evaluation needed to be established mathematical model which provided technical support viewed from these points: balance computation of water supply and water demand, volume compensation computation and hydraulic simulation, indicator system of dispatching evaluation; There were large amounts of data exchanging between water quantity dispatching system and external system, different situations should be treated differently, the method of gatekeeper ferry should be applied by the systems between business network and control network, while the method of database synchronization or WebService should be applied by the systems within business network.On this basis, water quantity dispatching system which could effectively coordinate demand and supply was built.
