摘要
目的:对苦豆子中氧化苦参碱进行超声波和微波双辅助提取工艺的研究。方法:以氧化苦参碱提取率为考察对象,研究乙醇体积分数、液料比、微波功率及辐射时间等因素对提取率的影响。结果:用正交试验方法获得了优化的提取工艺,采用超声波和微波双辅助提取技术得到的提取效率较传统提取方法和单独辅助方法高。最佳的提取条件为乙醇体积分数70%、提取时间3 min、微波功率500 W、固液比1:15(g/m L)。结论:超声波-微波协同提取方法简单可靠、效率高,适宜大规模工业应用。
Objective: To study the ultrasonic-microwave assisted extraction of oxymatrine from sophoraalopecuroides L. Methods: The extraction process of oxymatrine was investigated with ethanol concentration,solid-solvent ratio, microwave power and irradiation time. Results: Optimized process was obtained by usingorthogonal rotation design method with higher extraction efficiency than that using conventional and individualextraction technologies. The results showed that the optimum condition was as following: ethanol concentration70%, extraction time 40 min, microwave power 500 W, and the solid-solvent ratio 1:15 (g/mL). Conclusion: Theultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction technology has advantages of reliability, extracting efficient, and issuitable for industrial application.
