体育教师专业特质类型研究

Research on the Types of Professional Trait of Physical Education Teachers

依据卡特尔特质理论可知,体育教师的专业特质具有表面特质、根源特质、体质特质、开放特质、动力特质、能力特质和气质特质七种类型。这些特质有体育教师共同的特质,有体育教师个体所独有的特质,有的取决于身体结构,有的取决于环境,有的与动机有关,有的则与能力和气质有关。专业特质研究有助于寻找体育教师群体特性与专业发展的结合点,有助于探寻体育教师核心素养与品质培育的落脚点。

Based on the hierarchical theory of cartel, the professional traits of PE teachers show the following seven types： surface traits, root traits, physical traits, environmental traits, motivation traits, ability traits and temperament traits. Some trait are common to PE teachers, while some are unique to them. Some traits are determined by body structures, while some are determined by the environment. Some traits are related to motivation, while some are related to ability and temperament. The research on professional traits is helpful to find the combination of the characteristics of the PE teachers and their professional development, and it is helpful to explore the end result of the core quality and quality cultivation of PE teachers.
