摘要
利用扩增条带清晰且覆盖白菜10个连锁群的33个SSR标记分析了49个大白菜自交系的遗传多样性。结果表明,22对引物在供试材料间表现多态,11对引物表现单态扩增,多态引物频率达到66.7%,其中A1、A3、A8和A9连锁群上多态引物比例相对较高。多态引物共扩增出68个等位变异,每个位点2-8个,平均3.09个;不同引物的多态性信息含量0.05-0.88,平均0.48;品种间的遗传距离变异为0-0.93,所有成对遗传距离的平均值为0.51,UPGMA聚类结果与品种间亲缘关系及其农艺特征有较好的一致性。
Genetic diversity of forty-nine Chinese cabbage varieties was evaluated using 33 SSR markers distributed across the whole genome. Twenty-two(66. 7% ) of 33 SSR markers were polymorphic across all the genotypes, and the remaining amplified identical fragments in size, respectively. The frequencies of polymorphic markers on linkage groups A1 , A3 , A8 and A9 were higher than others. The polymorphic markers amplified 68 alleles with a mean of 3.09 alleles per locus,which varied from 2 to 8 among poly-morphic locus. The values of polymorphism information content varied from 0. 05 to 0. 88 with an average of 0. 48. The genetic distances between genotypes ranged from 0 to 0. 93 with a mean of 0. 51. Cluster analysis by UPGMA accorded with the genetic relationship and agronomic characteristics of these Cabbage varieties.
