摘要
简述了熔铸透明皂的特性,阐明了透明皂的检测方法和成型机理。着重介绍了熟成法、一次注模成型法、氨基酸熔铸法3种透明皂的生产工艺和原料配比以及原料与产品质量标准及检验方法,提出了熔铸透明皂的方法是创新和发展的方向。
This paper presents the characteristics of melt-cast transparent soap in brief,and illuminates the inspection methods and shaping mechanism for transparent soap.It mainly focuses on production process and raw material ratio of transparent soap in relation with three methods： the ripening method,one-injection molding method and amino-acid melt-cast method.It introduces the quality standard and inspection methods for finished products and raw materials,putting forward that the method of melting-casting transparent soap is the direction of innovation and development.
