我国云计算产业政策发展及分析

Policy research on cloud computing in China

近几年,我国云计算产业快速发展,在技术、标准、应用等方面取得了众多成果,其中国家政策支撑发挥了不可或缺的重要作用,但产业发展仍面临着新的问题与挑战。本文通过梳理、分析国家和地方云计算发展相关政策,总结产业发展存在的问题,并提出相关策略和建议。

In recent years, cloud computing industry developed rapidly in China, with many achievements in technology, standards and applications, for which the national policies have played an indispensable role, but still facing lots of problems and challenges in the new stage. This article analyzed national and local policies related to cloud computing, summed up the problems of industrial development and put forward relevant policy suggestions.
