试论众创空间创业导师团队的“1+X”建设模式

Discussion on the“1 + X”Construction Mode of Entrepreneurial Mentor Team in Maker Space

分别对众创空间创业导师团队在筛选、组织、实践与评价方面遵循"1+X"模式的必要性和可行性进行了论述,试图找寻一种通过专业的创业导师管理服务机构更为有效地为创业者提供服务,促进众创空间创业导师团队服务孵化器、服务创业者、服务"大众创业、万众创新"工作并产生合作共赢的有效建设模式,从而实现创业导师资源与众创空间内创业者需求的有效配置与整合,进一步降低创业者创业成本与风险,降低众创空间运营成本,提高众创空间孵化效率与孵化质量,推动"大众创业、万众创新"工作的不断深入开展。

This paper necessity and possibility of adhering to ＂1 ＋X＂mode respectively from the selection,organization,practice and evaluation of entrepreneurial mentor team in maker space,trying to find a way to more effectively provide services for entrepreneurs through professional entrepreneurial mentor’s management and service agency and thus realizing the effective configuration and integration between the entrepreneurial mentor resources and the needs of entrepreneurs in maker space,further reducing entrepreneur’s entrepreneurial cost and risk,reducing the operation cost of maker space,increasing the incubating efficiency and incubating quality of maker space,and promoting the constant deep development of＂masses’ entrepreneurship and multitude’s innovation＂.
