Talking about the Importance of Ideological and Political Work in the Construction of Sci-tech Talent Team

随着人才强国战略的实施,我国科技人才培养环境得到明显改善,创新型人才队伍逐渐壮大。论述了思想政治工作的主要内涵及其对科技人才队伍建设的重要性,分析了当前科技人才队伍建设存在的问题,提出了我国加强科技人才队伍建设的对策。

Along with the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country through talents,the sci-tech talents cultivation environment in China has improved obviously,the innovative talent team is growing strong. This paper discusses the main connotations of ideological and political work and its importance in the construction of sci-tech talent team,analyzes some problems currently existing in the construction of sci-tech talent team,and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the construction of sci-tech talent team in China.
