普通高等院校开展科技查新的现状与分析——以河南科技大学为例

The Current Status and Analysis of Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval in Ordinary Universities——A Case Study of Henan University of Science and Technology(HUST)

在论述教育部科技查新站发展现状的基础上,对地方普通高等院校—河南科技大学2011—2015年间科技查新业务量进行了统计分析,并针对目前科技查新服务存在的问题,从查新服务、查新人员、专家咨询和用户反馈、高校科技查新图书馆联盟等4个方面提出了一些对策和建议。

On the basis of expounding the development status of the sci-tech novelty retrieval station of ministry of education,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the service volume of the sci-tech novelty retrieval of HUST,a local ordinary university,in the period of 2011—2015,and in the light of the problems currently existing in sci-tech novelty retrieval service,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects of novelty retrieval service,novelty retrieval personnel,expert consultation and user feedback,and library alliance for university’s sci-tech novelty retrieval.
