Optimization of Vehicle Routing Problem under the Comprehensive Consideration of Carbon Emissions and Transportation Costs

摘要 针对日益严峻的环境问题,在传统的物流配送路径优化过程中,进行碳排放量计算,并转换成相应的经济效益,形成一个综合考虑碳排放和运输费用的配送路径优化模型并通过遗传算法进行求解.以厦门市某物流配送企业为例进行初步应用研究.结果表明:传统的配送路径安排中存在很大的碳排放改善空间;综合考虑碳排放和运输费用的车辆路径问题在有效实现绿色物流的同时能降低运输成本. Aiming at the more and more severe environmental problem, carbon emissions were calculated in the optimization process of traditional VRP and converted into the economic benefits, Models on routes optimization were built where carbon emissions and transportation costs were both considered and the genetic algorithm was applied to solve the models. A preliminary application study was carried out by taking a distribution company as an example, which suggests: there's still large space for improvement in the arrangement of traditional distribution routes; VRP under the comprehensive consideration of carbon emissions and transportation costs can not only effectively realize green logistics but also cut down transportation expenses.
