立体定向穿刺引流与小骨窗开颅治疗高血压基底节区脑出血的疗效比较 被引量:14

Comparison of clinical effects of minimally invasive stereotactic operation and craniotomy for hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage

摘要 目的探讨立体定向穿刺引流和小骨窗开颅血肿清除两种手术方法治疗高血压基底节区脑出血的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我科2014年1月至2016年1月收治的47例高血压基底节区脑出血患者的临床资料,随机分为立体定向穿刺引流组和小骨窗开颅组,通过两组患者术后神经功能缺损评分及并发症比较,评定疗效。结果立体定向引流组患者术后神经功能缺损评分及并发症发生率均低于小骨窗开颅组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论立体定向穿刺引流治疗高血压基底节区脑出血创伤小、疗效确切、并发症少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive stereotactic operation and craniotomy for hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage.Methods Clinical data of 47 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage undergoing operation from January 2014 to January 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.This 47 patients were randomly divided into stereotactic group and craniotomy group.To evaluation of curative effect through two groups of patients with postoperative nerve function defect scale and complication.Results The score of NIHSS(national institute of heath stroke scale)and complications in stereotactic group were lower than the craniotomy group,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).ConclusionMinimally invasive stereotactic operation has the characteristics of small injury,good efficacy,and low complications in the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage,it can be extensively applied in clinic.
