寒冷特困区农村中小学开发地方特色冰雪课程资源探讨

Discussion on Developing the Ice-snow Curriculum Resources with Local Feature in the Rural Primary and Middle Schools in Cold and Poor Areas

地处我国集中连片特困区的寒冷区域的农村中小学经济相对落后,体育教学的各类设施较为缺乏,如何响应国家强化体育教学的方针,促进寒冷特困区农村学生身体健康发展是当前重要的研究课题。冰雪运动能力既是寒冷地区群众必备的生活技能,也是中小学生较易开展的体育活动,因此,在这些地区因地制宜的开展特色冰雪运动教学具有很大的优势和必要性。在教育课程改革背景下,通过分析寒冷特困区农村中小学体育课程的现状与存在的课程资源的结构单一,周期长、实效性差,重普适性、轻特殊性等问题,提出了结合当地体育运动地域特征的地方特色冰雪课程资源开发的体系,并对课程目标、课程内容、课程实施和课程评价四个基本环节进行了具体分析,为改变寒冷特困区农村冬季体育课程资源载体单一的现状,弥补国家课程统一的不足,和体育扶贫提供参考。

The rural primary and middle schools in cold and poor areas located in Chinese concentrated and contiguous zone are facing the poor economy and the lacking various facilities of physical education. It＇s an important research subject how to promote the students＇ health in the rural cold and poor areas in response to the national policy of strengthening the teaching of physical education. Because the ice-snow athletic ability is the essential life skills of people in cold areas, which activities is easily carried out, so it has great advantages and necessity to develop the teaching with ice-snow sports feature adaptation to the local condition. Under the background of education curriculum reform, the paper analyzes the current situation of physical education in the rural primary and middle schools in cold and poor areas. It thinks there are some existing problems of cur- riculum resources such as single structure, long cycle, poor effectiveness, taking universality seriously and particularity carelessly. Combining with the regional sports characteristics, it put forward to the system of de- veloping the ice-snow curriculum resources with local feature, and has a concrete analysis on the following 4 basic links： teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation. Its purpose is to provide a reference for improving the current situation of winter teaching single resource of physical education in rural cold and poor areas, making up for the lack of national unified curriculum and al- leviating the poverty by physical education.
