21世纪美国品格教育改革再出发:走向课程为本

摘要 跨入21世纪,教育目的的时代拷问与重构推动了美国新一轮学生核心素养为本的基础教育课程改革。在此基础上,美国新课程研制中心(Center For Curriculum Redesign,简称CCR)以"知识、技能、品格与元认知"为基础框架对品格教育进行了重构,促使品格教育开启了"课程为本"的改革之路。此次改革的品格教育内容包括正念、好奇心、勇气、心理弹性、道德品质、领导力等六个方面,采用融合校内与校外课程、整合学科与活动课程、发展教师自身课程等方式推进,同时还努力尝试推进品格教育与评价的一体化。
