摘要
采用固相反应法合成了掺杂 Eu3+ 离子的新型杂多酸盐 Na2 4 As2 W2 2 O83荧光体 ,并通过元素分析、红外光谱、 X射线粉末衍射对其组成及结构进行了表征。新型杂多酸盐 Na2 4 As2 W2 2 O83属正交晶系 ,晶胞参数 a=1.4 75 0 nm,b=1.194 4 nm,c=1.10 6 2 nm,属 D4 2 - P2 1 2 1 2 1 (No.19)空间群。测定了其激发光谱和发射发谱 ,探讨了掺杂 Eu3+的 Na2 4 As2 W2 2
The Eu 3+ -doped Na 24 As 2W 22 O 83 phosphor was prepared by solid state reaction from Na 3AsO 4·12H 2O,Na 2WO 4·2H 2O and WO 3,and characterized by using elemental analysis ,infrared spectroscopy and powder X-ray diffractometry According to our measurements with X-ray diffraction,this material belongs to orthorhombic system with its lattice contants:a=1 4750nm,b=1 1944nm,c=1 1062nm.It is consistent with space group D 4 2-P2 12 12 1(No 19) The emission and excitation spectra were measured The luminescence properties of Eu 3+ -doped Na 24 As 2W 22 O 83 and energy transfer mechanism were discussed
