5A5R式护理干预策略在糖尿病患者运动护理中的应用研究

Application of 5A5R Nursing Intervention on the Movement Care in Diabetes Patients

目的探讨5A5R式护理干预策略在糖尿病患者运动护理中的应用效果。方法选择2015年9月～11月我院住院的2型糖尿病患者120例作为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，各60例。对照组接受常规护理。试验组在对照组的基础上加用5A5R式护理干预。比较两组干预后各相关观察指标的差异性。结果试验组干预后运动自我效能评分、运动水平活跃率、血糖控制有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论采用5A5R式护理干预策略对2型糖尿病患者实施运动护理，可显著提高患者的运动自我效能和运动水平，获得较为理想的血糖控制效果。

Objective Analyzed 5A5R formula nursing intervention policy application effects in the motion of care in dia- betic patients. Methods 120 cases of type 2 diabetes patients in our hospital as subjects were randomly divided into experimental group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）, control group received care routine, the test group were based on the use 5A5R motion nursing intervention. Observed the differences of relevant indicators in two groups. Results Exercise test group observed cases of type 2 diabetes self--efficacy scores after the intervention, the rate of movement of the level of active control of blood glucose was significantly higher effective rate（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Using 5A5R type of nursing interven- tion strategy for patients with type 2 diabetes care movement can significantly improve the efficacy in sports and exercise self --level, access to ideal glycemic control.
