结构式家庭疗法对脑瘫患儿远期智能及运动发育的影响

The Impact of Long-term Mental and Physical Development of Structural Family Therapy for Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的探讨结构式家庭疗法对脑瘫患儿远期智能及运动发育的影响。方法选取2014年1月～12月我院收治的84例脑瘫患儿，根据分层抽样法将患儿分为观察组和对照组，各42例。对照组实施常规康复训练。观察组在对照组的基础上应用结构式家庭疗法，干预时间为12个月。记录两组患儿生长发育情况，分别于干预前后应用PDMS-2量表、智力发育指数（MDI）、精神运动发育指数（PDI）对两组运动发育及智能发育情况进行评价。结果观察组干预12个月后体重增长、身高增长、头围增长大于对照组（P〈O．05）。观察组干预后视觉追踪、抓握能力、上肢移动能力、手眼协调能力、操作能力及PDMS-2总分高于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组干预后MDI评分、PDI评分高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论结构式家庭疗法能有效促进脑瘫患儿体格生长发育，促进患儿智力发育，改善患儿运动功能。

Objective To investigate the impact of Long-term mental and physical development of structural family ther- apy for children with cerebral palsy. Methods 84 cases of cerebral palsy were divided into observation group （n=42） and control group （n=42）from January 2014 to December 2014. The control group children were implemented with routine reha- bilitation training, the observation group were implemented with structural family therapy interventions for 12 months. The development of two groups of children were record. The motor development and intellectual development of the situation of two groups were evaluated with PDMS--2 scale, intellectual development index （MDI）, psychomotor development index （PDI）. Results The weight, height growth, head circumference growth of observation group were higher than control group （P〈0. 05）. The levels of visual tracking, grasping ability, arm movement, hand-eye coordination, ability to operate and PDMS-2 total score of observation group were higher than control groups （P〈0. 05）. The levels of MI）I score and PDI score of observation group were higher than control groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The structural family therapy in children with cerebral palsy can effectively promote physical growth and development, and promote intellectual development of children, improve motor function in children.
