摘要
目的:探讨我院门诊药房实施自动化后对药师提供药学服务的影响。方法:抽取我院2015年5-8月每月第一个星期二的处方信息,调查药房自动化改造后对患者取药等候时间、调剂质量、药品管理等方面的影响。结果:实施门诊药房自动化后,我院门诊患者全天平均等候时间为10.5~12.5 min,高峰时间段平均等候时间为14.5~16.5 min,发药核对程序更加严格,盘点、药品效期等管理流程更加优化。结论:药房的自动化实现了药品调剂从"人等药"到"药等人"的转变,提高了药师的工作效率,并且保障了患者的用药安全。
Objective : To discuss the effect of automation of outpatient pharmacy on the specific service of pharmacist to patients. Methods: The prescription information in the first Tuesday of every months from May to August in 2015 were selected and investigated for the impact of automatic reform of pharmacy on the waiting time of patients,drug dispensing quality, and drug management etc. Results: After automation of outpatient pharmacy, the mean waiting time of patients in daylight was 10.5 ~ 12.5 min, while that at rush hour was 14.5 ~ 16.5 min. Meanwhile, the procedure of drug dispensing, stocktaking and management of valid day for drugs was further optimized. Conclusion:The automation of outpatient pharmacy realized the changing of drug dispensing from "patients wait for drugs" into"drugs wait for patients", enhanced the work efficiency of pharmacists, and protected the medication safety.
