长春新碱致严重周围神经病变的药学治疗实践

Pharmaceutical Treatment of Severe Peripheral Neuropathy Induced by Vincristine

分析老年淋巴瘤患者使用含长春新碱化疗方案诱发严重周围神经病变的诊疗经过,并结合相关文献资料,阐述长春新碱致神经毒性的机制及临床治疗,探讨临床药师对长春新碱致严重周围神经病变的药学服务模式。本例患者出现双手活动障碍为长春新碱剂量限制性毒性,治疗上可通过营养、修复受损神经来减轻周围神经毒性。在临床治疗中,临床药师可协助医师及早、准确地判断药物不良反应,开展药学服务。

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the diagnosis and treatment of severe peripheral neuropathy induced by vincristine in elderly patients with lymphoma and, in combination with the relevant literatures, discuss the mechanism of vincristine in causing neurotoxicity and the clinical treatment, and explore the pharmaceutical service mode of clinical pharmacists to vincristine-caused severe peripheral neuropathy. The activity obstacles in two hands of the patient was due to the dose limiting toxicity of vincristine, which might be eased by nutrition and repairing the damaged nerve. In the clinical treatment, clinical pharmacists may assist physician to judge the adverse drug reactions accurately and as early as possible so as to provide pharmaceutical care to the patients and the circumstances.
