中国北方首例输入性寨卡病毒病病例的流行病学调查 被引量:6

Survey of the first confirmed imported case of Zika virus in Northern China

摘要 目的 描述北京市首例输入性寨卡病毒病病例的发病就诊过程和流行病学特征,为寨卡病毒病输入性病例的管理提供参考.方法 对病例进行流行病学调查,收集病例血液、唾液和尿液标本,应用实时荧光PCR方法对标本进行寨卡病毒核酸检测.结果 该病例为委内瑞拉回国人员,发病前在委内瑞拉有明确的蚊虫叮咬史,经实验室检测患者尿液和唾液标本寨卡病毒核酸阳性.患者体温最高38.3℃,伴有全身麻疹样皮疹、结膜充血、颜面潮红及胸红,无肌肉痛、关节痛、头痛、呕吐、恶心、腹泻等其他表现,未孕.结论 该病例为中国北方首例输入性寨卡病毒病确诊病例,病例在寨卡疫源地委内瑞拉被蚊虫叮咬感染.对此例病例的流行病学调查、实验室检测和疫情处置措施进行总结,能够为寨卡病毒病防控工作提供一定的经验积累. Objective To describe the epidemiological characteristics of the first confirmed imported case of Zika virus in Beijing.Methods Information on epidemiology and clinical manifestation of the case was collected from interviewing the patient and referring to related medical records.The blood,urine and saliva samples of the case were collected and tested by real-time PCR.Results The patient had got bites from mosquitoes before onset of fever in Venezuela.The urine and saliva samples of the case was positive for Zika virus by real time PCR.The patient got a fever at 38.3℃ after admitted in the hospital,and got systemic morbilliform rash and conjunctival congestion.Conclusions This report was about the first confirmed imported case of Zika virus in Northern China.It would be helpful to the management of other imported cases with Zika virus for the future.
