摘要
1978年Hoofnagle等[1]首次发现HBsAg(-)、Anti-HBc(+)血液可使受血者感染HBV,据此提出了隐匿性感染可能导致HBV传播的观点,但受限于当时病毒的检测技术,这一观点一直未被广泛接受.随着PCR等高灵敏检测技术的发展,越来越多的研究证实在急性自限性或慢性HBV感染(chronicHBV infection,CHB)发生HBsAg清除后,肝脏组织或血清中存在低水平的HBV DNA,这一临床和病毒学特征被称为隐匿性乙型肝炎病毒感染(occulthepatitis B virus infection,OBI)[2].
