高职院校实施导师制对学生能力提升情况的调查研究

摘要 高职学生的各项能力,相较于普通高校,均存在较大的差距。导师制作为一种教育模式,可以弥补课堂教学环节中学生基本能力和素质培养方面的不足,有利于学生的学习和成长,是一种全过程育人全方位育人的教育模式。文本探讨了我校实施导师制后对学生口语表达、书面表达及逻辑分析能力的影响,并指出了不足及改进建议。 Compared with ordinary college students, higher vocational college students have a great difference in various abilities. Tutorial system, as an education mode, can make up the disadvan- tages of student's basic ability and quality cultivation in classroom teaching, and help to improve the learning and growth of students, and it is a kind of new education mode to cultivate the students in the o- verall process and on every side. This paper discusses the influence on students' oral expression, written expression, and logical analysis abilities after implementation of tutorial system in our school, and also points out the weak points and improvement suggestions.
