经营视角下培训部管理制度的建设设想

Proposal for Construction of Training Department Management System under the Perspective of Business

伴随着培训教育市场竞争的激烈化,教学质量则成为了培训事业的生命线,培训教育是否能长效的存在,是否能有效的发展,优异的教学质量是其最有力的保障,而先进的教育理念更是培训教育迅速发展的支柱。目前,各行业对于人才引入和防止人才流失已日趋注重人文关怀,尤其在教育事业中,人文关怀下的教育教学管理则是提升教学质量的重要保障,同时也是学校教育教学管理的重中之重。本文从努力提高教学质量;加强教师队伍的建设;注重师生人文关怀,优化教育教学模式;构建和谐、先进的教学环境等方面进行论述,旨在提高我校培训部的教育教学管理水平。

With the intensification of training education market competition, teaching quality has become the lifeline of training career. On whether training education can exist for long and develop effectively, excellent teaching quality is the most powerful guarantee, and advanced educational idea is the pillar for quick development of training education. Currently, all trades have increasingly paid attention to humanistic care in talent introduction and prevention of brain drain, especially in education career, the education reaching management under humanistic care is an important guarantee for improvement of teaching quality, and also the priority among priorities in education teaching management of the school. This paper carries out discussion from these aspects, including making efforts to improve the teaching quality; strengthening the teaching staff construction; paying attention to humanistic care to teachers and students, and optimizing education teaching mode; and building harmonious and advanced teaching environment, aiming to improve the education teaching management level of out school＇s training department.
