摘要
通过查阅相关文献,结合现代网球技术特点和生物力学原理,对网球运动员肩关节及肩袖肌群的力学分析,从生物力学的角度揭示了肩袖损伤的机理,为肩袖损伤的预防、肩袖肌群的体能及康复训练的合理运用提供理论基础。
Through consulting relevant literature, combined with the technical characteristics of modem tennis and biological mechanics principle, this paper carries out the mechanics analysis of the shoulder joint and the rotator cuff muscles of the tennis players, from the angle ofbiomechanics, reveals the mechanism of rotator cuff injury, to provide theoretical basis for the prevention of rotator cuff injury and the rational use of the fitness and rehabilitation training for rotator cuff muscles.
