滨州学院非体育专业开设瑜伽选修课的可行性分析

Feasibility of Opening the Yoga Course in Non-Professional Sports Specialty in Binzhou College

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、SWOT分析法就瑜伽选修课在滨州学院非体育专业开设的可行性条件进行研究分析。研究发现:滨州学院非体育专业开设瑜伽选修课所具备的优势主要有学生对瑜伽很感兴趣、对开课期望很高等;当前面临的机会主要有国内普通高校普及与推广瑜伽课程是一种必然的趋势、瑜伽教学的简易性等,并提出相应的整改建议。

Using methods of documentation, questionnaire investigation, interview, mathematical statistics and SWOT analysis, the feasibility conditions of yoga course opening in non-professional sports speicialty in Binzhou college is analyzed. It is found that opening yoga course in non-professional sports specialty of Binzhou college mainly has the advantages as followed： students being interested in yoga, having high expectation to opening the course; the opportunities facing at present are mainly that the popularization and promotion of yoga course in domestic ordinary colleges and universities is an inevitable trend, yoga teaching has easiness etc. And the corresponding recommendations are also put forward.
