文化传承视角下高校传统体育教学模式反思与对策研究

在我国优秀的传统文化中,传统体育教学折射着传统文化的光辉,是需要人们将其传承和发扬下来的。但是,目前我国高校传统体育教学在文化传承方面出现停滞不前的状态,这其中包含很多因素。比如教学内容缺少实用性,内容过于单一;教学方法过于讲究教学技能而大大忽略了教学过程文化的传承;对一些利益过度的追求,造成价值观的歪曲;体育教师对传统文化知识的缺失。基于这些现状,各个高校要站在文化传承的角度下,在体育教学过程中要对教学理念赋予深厚的文化内涵,借助现代化教学手段,创新高校传统体育教学模式,建立起一套科学、合理的高校传统体育体系,使我国的高校传统体育教学能够有效地传承起中国的优秀传统文化,成为促进社会文明与发展的不竭动力。

The cultural heritage of traditional sports teaching in colleges and universities is in a stagnant state, which is influenced by many factors, such as the teaching contents being too single, lack of practicability; teaching methods paying too more attention to teaching skills and ignoring the cultural heritage in the teaching process greatly, excessive pursuit to some interests leading to the distorted values, PE teachers lack of traditional cultural knowledge. Based on the present situation, colleges should stand in the perspective of cultural heritage, in the process of PE give profound cultural connotation to the teaching concept, with the aid of modern means of teaching, innovate the traditional sports teaching pattern, set up a scientific and reasonable system of traditional sports, to make the traditional sports teaching in colleges and universities in China can effectively inherit Chinese excellent traditional culture, become the driving force to promote the civilization and development of society.
