高职田径教学中拓展训练的实施

The Implementation of Expanding Training in Track and Field Teaching in the Higher Vocational Schools

高职田径教学是高职体育教学工作中很重要的一部分,而拓展训练作为一种区别于传统体育教学方式,对提高高职田径教学质量具有重大意义。但是当前在拓展训练的实施方面仍存在部分问题,有待进一步优化。从拓展训练的意义出发,结合拓展训练的现存问题,给出相应的解决办法。

Track and field teaching is an important part of higher vocational school PE, and the expand training as a way being different from traditional sports teaching, is of great significance to improve higher vocational teaching quality of track and field. But at present there are still some problems in the implementation of expanding training, which need to be further optimized. This paper, starting from the significance of expanding training, combined with the existing problems of expanding training, puts forward corresponding solutions.
