摘要
采用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,对高等院校公共体育课程"课内外一体化"教学展开了系统的研究。认为"课内外一体化"教学,是高校公共体育课程中的一种重要教学模式,已经在我国众多高校的公共体育教学中得到广泛采用。但受多种因素的影响,目前存在着教学资源分散、课程内容内外衔接不足和教学目标不清等问题。为此提出,通过教学资源的整合、教学内容的课内外延续和围绕运动技能培养开展教学等方式对高校公共体育课程"课内外一体化"教学模式进行优化,进而为促进我国高校公共体育教学的进一步发展提供有益参考。
Using methods of literature and expert interviews, this paper launched a systematic study on "internal and external integration" teaching in college public PE courses. It is believed that the "internal and external integration" teaching is an important teaching mode in college public PE, which has been widely used in public PE in many colleges and universities in China. But affected by many factors, there are still many existing problems, such as the dispersion of teaching resources, the lack of internal and external curriculum contents, the unclear teaching objectives and so on. Thus, it is put forward that "internal and external integration"teaching mode of college public PE curriculum should be optimized through the integration of teaching resources, the continuation of the teaching contents inside and outside calsses, and carrying out teaching centreing on sports skills training and so on, to provide a useful reference for promoting the further development of college public PE.
