Early diagnosis and treatment of impacted incisors

埋伏阻生牙好发于上颌前部,其中上切牙发病率有逐年增高趋势。埋伏阻生牙病因复杂,可能由遗传因素、系统因素和局部因素等共同导致。通过锥形束CT(CBCT)等影像学检查对埋伏阻生前牙进行准确定位是制定治疗方案的重要条件,外科手术暴露联合正畸牵引治疗是临床上最常用的治疗方法。文章对埋伏阻生切牙的发病情况、病因、临床检查和治疗方法等方面进行了阐述。

Impaction of teeth usually occurs in the area of anterior maxilla and the incidence of impacted incisors has been increasing year by year. The cause of teeth impaction is complicated,including the genetic,systemic and local factors. Cone beam computed tomography（CBCT） accurately provides the diagnosis information of the impacted incisors,which is significant to making treatment plan. The most commonly used treatment now is surgical orthodontic treatment.The incidence,etiology,clinical examination and treatment of impacted incisors were discussed in this article.
