半导体激光与重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡临床疗效对比研究 被引量:8

Comparison of diode laser and rhEGF gel in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer

摘要 目的评价半导体激光与重组人表皮生长因子(rh EGF)凝胶治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)的临床效果。方法选择2013年12月至2014年10月中国医科大学口腔医学院口腔急诊·黏膜病科收治的RAU患者60例,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组30例。试验组患者应用波长为810 nm的半导体激光进行局部照射治疗,对照组患者应用rh EGF凝胶进行局部涂擦治疗。两组疗程均为1周。比较两组患者的疼痛指数减少值、中位溃疡愈合时间、临床疗效及复发率。结果与对照组患者相比,试验组患者疼痛指数减少值大、中位溃疡愈合时间短、有效率高,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1个月内复发率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但试验组患者复发部位均为非治疗部位。结论半导体激光治疗RAU能够即刻缓解疼痛,镇痛作用稳定、持久;可加速溃疡愈合,在短期内可以降低照射部位溃疡的复发率,总体疗效优于rh EGF凝胶。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy between low-level diode laser with 810 nm and rh EGF gel in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU). Methods A total of 60 RAU patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,with 30 cases in each group. Experimental group received diode laser for local irradiation therapy,the control group received drug treatmemt with rh EGF gel until ulcer healing. The course of treatment was one week. Results Compared with control group,the experimental group has more obvious reduction of pain from baseline values,shorter median healing time and better efficacy. The differences were statistically significant(P0.05). There was no statistical difference on recurrence rate(P〉0.05). However,within the next one month,there was no recurrence on treatment areas in experimental group. Conclusion Diode laser treatment for RAU proves to be more stable and lasting in pain relieving and proves to be more obvious in accelerating healing time. Recurrence rate also can be reduced in the same area in short term. Laser therapy is more effective in the treatment of RAU compared with the rh EGF gel.
