流域水电开发中龙头电站的投资经济性浅析

Brief analysis on investment economy of the first step power station in basin hydropower development

龙头电站在流域水电开发中占有重要地位,对阶梯电站中长期运行方式有显著调节作用。本文列举了目前影响龙头电站建设相对滞后的基本原因,t述了影响龙头电站投资的主要因素,分析了电站建设的技经分析角度和基本方法,并为下一步开展项目开发工作提出部分建议。

The first step power station occupies an important position in basin hydropower development. It has prominent adjustment role to medium and long-term operation mode in cascade power station. In the paper, current basic reasons affecting relative backward construction of the first step power station are listed. Main factors affecting the first step power station investment are briefly described. Technical economic analysis angles and basic methods in power station construction are analyzed, and a part of suggestions are proposed for further developing project development work.
