摘要
试验采用硫酸渣作为原料,以润磨作为强化原料处理的方式,制备出合格硫酸渣生球团,研究其干燥特性。结果表明:润磨化硫酸渣生球团的脱水速率受干燥风温和风速的影响十分明显,并且随风温和风速的增加而迅速增快;润磨化硫酸渣生球团的含水量较普通铁矿球团的仍较高,但其可适应较高的干燥风温,故可适当提高风温来缩短其干燥完成时间;当风速为1.5 m/s、风温升至400℃时,其干燥时间可缩短至11.5 min。
In this paper,drying properties of green balls from PyCs concentrates by damp grinding with pyrite cinder and wet-grinding mode were studied.It can be found that the dehydration rate of green balls is obviously affected by drying wind temperature and wind speed,and increases with the increasing of wind temperature and wind speed.The moisture content is much higher in green balls from PyCs concentrates than that in green balls from magnetite concentrates,even though damp grinding was adopted to process the PyCs concentrates.However,green balls from PyCs concentrates can adapt to higher wind temperature,so the drying time can be shortened by increasing wind temperature,and being shorted to 11.5min at 1.5 m/s and 400 ℃.
