摘要
在真空条件下进行270 m^3试验容器金属复合爆破试验,探索出优于露天作业的生产工艺参数,验证了该技术的应用价值。爆炸后复合情况显示:除第5次试验药量减少到61%,复合后效果不佳,其余几次均复合良好,所以在真空情况下可以降低药量20%~30%;真空爆炸打破了基复比必须大于3∶1的定例,可以爆炸复合基复比为1∶1的复合板。
In vacuum condition,the metal composite blasting test in 270 m^3 testing container was carried out.The production process parameters which are superior to open operation are explored,and the application value of the technique is verified.That compound situation after the explosion shows the fifth test was reduced to 61%,and the composite effect was poor,and the remaining few all composite well.So in vacuum the dosage can be reduced by 20%~30%.The vacuum explosion broke the role that ratio must be greater than 3∶1.The explosive composite base ratio of 1∶1.
