摘要
从耐腐蚀性能、热胀冷缩系数较、焊接性能、工作温度范围等指标探讨使用寿命钛及钛合金材料的使用特性,分析钛及钛合金材料在建筑环保领域的应用现状,指出钛及钛合金材料在我国建筑环保领域应用存在的问题,并分析展望钛及钛合金材料的应用前景。认为:随着科学技术的飞速发展,钛及钛合金材料的单位成本造价必将会下降,在建筑领域必将会得到广泛的应用;钛金属材料作为可以二次循环利用的金属建筑材料,在环境保护方面具有重要意义,因此应提高钛金属的加工水平,完善对钛合金残废料的再利用。
This paper investigates the characteristics of titanium and titanium alloy materials from corrosion resistance,thermal expansion and contraction coefficient,welding performance,working temperature range and other aspects,and analyzes the application status of titanium and titanium alloy materials in the field of environmental protection construction.The problems of titanium and titanium alloy materials in the application of environmental protection construction in our country are pointed out.The application prospect of titanium and titanium alloy materials is analyzed.With the rapid development of science and technology,the unit cost of titanium and titanium alloy materials is bound to decrease,and it will be widely used in the field of construction.As the recycling of secondary metal building materials,titanium material has important significance in the field of environmental protection.So the processing level of titanium should be improved,perfecting the reuse of waste residue of titanium alloy.
