根据工作经验,从有限元分析模型和计算结果两方面对倾动装置T形连接座损坏的原因进行了分析,并从设计、制造等方面提出了解决倾动装置T形连接座损坏的措施以及优化方案。经多年实践证明,优化方案满足现场使用要求。

According to the work experience,from finite element analysis model and calculation results,the damage reasons of tilting device of T-shaped connection seat are analyzed,and the measures and optimization scheme for tilting device of T shaped connection seat damage are puts forward from design and manufacturing etc.After many years of practice the optimization program is proved to meet the requirements of field use.
