农民合作社功能结构与农民收入灰色关联分析

Research on Cooperative Functions and Farmers' Income in Grey Correlation Analysis View

随着农民合作社快速发展,其功能在不断扩展,生产、供销、信用已经成为农民合作社的主要功能,"三位一体"能有效提高农民收入。为研究农民合作社功能与农民收入的关系,以江西、安徽两省调研的一手数据为基础,构建灰色关联分析模型,结果表明:与农民收入提高关联度从大到小依次为供销、管理、生产、信用。未来农民合作社发展中需要逐渐扩展农民合作社功能,提高管理水平,推进农民合作社的联合发展,构建农民合作社顶层设计和发展规划,培养职业农民和家庭农场发展。

With the rapid development of cooperatives,cooperative functions are also growing,production,supply and marketing,and credit become the main functions of cooperatives,and the trinity of the cooperatives can effectively improve the farmers＇ income.In order to study the influence of the cooperative functions on farmers＇ income,this paper builds a model of grey correlation analysis,based on research data from Jiangsu and Anhui Provinces.The results show that the factors in correlation with farmers＇ income growth from big to small in turn are supply and marketing,management,production,and credit.In the future development of cooperatives in China,it is necessary to constantly expand cooperative functions,promote the joint development of cooperatives,make top design and construction of cooperatives development planning,and cultivate professional farmers and family farm development.
