摘要
食品添加剂是食品生产中的重要组成部分,但超量添加或不法添加都会对食用者身体造成严重伤害.因此,食品中添加剂的检测至关重要.文章综述了高效液相色谱法检测食品中常见添加剂的方法,以期为食品添加剂的日常检测提供参考.
Food additives are important components in the food, but excessive or unlawful addition of thes additives can result in serious injury to the consumers. It is very necessary to analyze the additives in foods. The application of HPLC in food additives analysis is reviewed in this paper, in order to provide a reference for the routine testing of food additives.
