摘要
城镇化背景下农村教师的工作生活状态直接影响到农村基础教育教师的稳定和教育教学质量。通过对江西省580名农村中小学教师进行问卷调查,从教学工作、继续教育、工作环境、工作压力和生活环境状况等五个方面进行了分析,并在此基础上提出应建立和构建新型的现代化农村、农村学校的标准化建设、系统的绩效考核制度、完善的医疗保险系统和有效的培训机制等提升农村教师工作生活生存状态的策略和路径。
In the under-developed areas, teachers'living and working conditions affect the teachers stability and teaching quality. According to the survey on 580 rural teachers in Jiangxi Prvoince, after the analysis on five aspects such as teaching, continuous educa- tion, working conditions, working presure and living conditions, this paper puts forward the strategies and ways for establishing and constructing modem rural standards of school, system of assessments and medical cares.
