青鹏软膏联合过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗痤疮的临床观察

The Observation of the Clinical Effect of Green Peng Ointment Combined with Benzoyl Peroxide Gel in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

目的:观察青鹏软膏联合过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法:选择痤疮患者共183例,随机分为3组:A组(青鹏软膏治疗)57例,B组(过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗)62例,C组(青鹏软膏+过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗)64例。所有患者在治疗期间不使用其他药物进行治疗。比较三组的GAGS评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,C组GAGS评分明显低于A、B组(P<0.05);A、B、C组三组总有效率分别为59.7%、71.9%、83.9%,C组总有效率明显高于A组、B组(P<0.05)。三组治疗过程中基本无不良反应。结论 :青鹏软膏联合过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗痤疮临床疗效较好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： Observe Green Peng joint ointment benzoyl peroxide gel in the treatment of acne efficacy and safety. Methods： 183 patients with acne were randomly divided into three groups： A group（ Green Peng ointment treatment） 57 patients in group B（ benzoyl peroxide gel treatment） 62 cases,group C（ cyan Peng peroxide ointment ＋ benzoyl gel treatment） 64 cases. All patients do not use other drugs during therapy treatment. Comparison GAGS rates and clinical efficacy of three groups. Results： After treatment, group C GAGS score was significantly lower than A,group B（ P〈0. 05）; A, B, C three groups total effective rates were 59. 7%,71. 9%,83. 9%,respectively,group C always obvious efficiency higher than in group A,group B（ P〈0. 05）. Three groups during the treatment substantially show no adverse reactions. Conclusions： Green Peng Ointment with benzoyl peroxide gel to treat acne shows better clinical efficacy,fewer side effects,it is worthy of clinical application.
