摘要
针对南宁吴圩国际机场新航站楼中央大厅屋盖的特点,不同钢结构部位灵活采用不同的支撑及吊装方法。根据设计图纸对屋盖结构进行深化设计,采用SAP2000和Tekla软件进行受力分析和模拟吊装。以网架节点为中心,加工上下弦杆,并以结构对称、受力均匀、合龙区后施工为原则,对桁架体系进行分区、分段,合理安排施工顺序。根据屋面交叉桁架的组成及吊装工况,选择合理的吊装方法、吊装设备和支撑体系,完成交叉桁架钢结构的吊装施工。
According to the characteristics of the roof of the central hall of the new terminal building of Nanning Wuxu International Airport,the different steel structure parts are flexible to adopt different supporting and lifting methods. According to the design drawings of the roof structure for deepening the design,the hoisting is analyzed and simulated by using SAP2000 and Tekla software. Taking grid nodes as the center,processing on the bottom chord,with symmetrical structure,uniform stress,closure area construction as the principle,to partition and segment the truss system,the construction sequence is arranged reasonably. According to the composition and hoisting condition of the roof crossing trusses,the reasonable lifting method,hoisting equipment and supporting system are selected.
