摘要
大跨度钢结构工程结构复杂,施工周期长,环境温度变化对施工阶段的结构受力及变形影响较大,为控制施工过程中产生的应力及变形,施工分析时应充分考虑环境温度变化对结构受力的影响。以江苏大剧院戏剧厅钢结构施工安装为工程背景,采用MIDAS/GEN有限元软件对屋盖钢结构温度效应和合龙温度进行模拟计算,分析不同合龙温度对结构应力与支座反力的影响,确定合理的合龙温度区间。通过将有限元软件模拟计算结果与实际工程监测数据进行对比分析,验证有限元分析的正确性,指导实际工程施工,并为类似工程提供技术参考。
Large-span steel structures are complex,the process of construction is complicated and changes of environmental temperature deeply infect the force and deformation of structure during construction. In order to control the stress and deformation in the process of construction,the effect of temperature that effects on the force of structure should be taken into account in construction. With the project of theater hall in Jiangsu Grand Theater,MIDAS / GEN finite element software is used to simulate the temperature effect and closure temperature of steel roof and analyze the effects of different temperatures on the stress and support reaction force of structure. At last,the proper ranges of the closure temperature are determined. The theoretical data of finite element software simulation and the monitoring data of actual engineering were analyzed to verify the correctness of finite element analysis, guiding the actual construction and providing a technical reference for similar projects.
