摘要
鉴于本工程的特点和施工难点,钢桅杆采用"钢绞线承重,液压千斤顶集群作业、计算机同步控制"安装施工技术。重点介绍了提升平台设置,下吊点设置,拼装平台设置,液压同步系统控制,钢桅杆拼接、焊接、提升、卸载等施工工艺。钢桅杆在提升过程中,实时监测提升点的钢梁挠度,提升完成后监测钢桅杆垂直度。
In view of the characteristics of the project and construction difficulties,steel mast applies‘steel wire bearing,hydraulic jack cluster operation,computer synchronous control'installation and construction technology. The lifting platform setting,the setting of the lower lifting points,the assembling platform setting,the hydraulic synchronization system control,and the steel mast joining,welding,lifting,unloading and other construction techniques are mainly introduced. In the process of the steel mast ascension,steel beam deflection in the lifting point is real-time monitored,and the steel mast verticality is monitored after the completion of lifting.
