Installation Technology of Super-long Bamboo Shoot Double Deck Grid Prestressed Pull Rod Tower Crown in Huarn Headquarters Building

华润总部大厦塔冠为双层网格结构,结构形式由外框柱、8道水平桁架、预应力拉杆组成。塔冠安装采用地面拼装和高空原位安装2种方式。安装过程复杂,涉及到塔冠胎架安装、预留穿塔冠塔式起重机支撑处理,塔冠安装过程中几种塔式起重机的拆除与转换,后期钢拉杆张拉顺序、施工工艺等较复杂技术工艺。通过华润总部大厦塔冠安装,对超高层春笋状双层网格预应力拉杆塔冠安装施工技术进行研究。

Huarun headquarters building tower crown is the double grid structure,whose frame structures consist of the outside frame columns,eight horizontal trusses,prestressed pull rods. The installation of the tower crown applies two ways of assembly on the ground and high altitude in-situ installation. The installation process is complex,involving the tower crown bracket installation,reserved tower crane tower crown in supporting treatment,removal and transformation of several the tower crane tower in the installation process, the late steel rod tension sequence and construction technology of complex technology. Through the installation of Huarun headquarters building tower crownn,double grid shaped prestressed rod spring tower installation and construction technology are studied.
