摘要
通过结构安全计算和有限元数值分析,提出施工过程控制的主要参数及其控制准则,根据力学模型对施工过程进行模拟计算,在7层结构面上安装悬挑工字钢铺设钢板作为操作平台,钢梁底部加设斜撑钢柱,上部设置钢拉索配合花篮螺栓,形成稳定的受力结构体系,从而保证了支撑系统的安全性。
Based on the structural safety calculation and finite element numerical analysis,the main parameters of the construction process control and the control rules are proposed. According to the mechanical model to simulate the construction process,the cantilever steel I-beam is installed as the operating platform on the 7th storey steel structures,the inclined steel column is added at the bottom of steel beam,steel cable is arranged at the upper part with flower basket bolt to form a stable force structure,so as to ensure the safety of the support system.
