摘要 位于佛山南海新交通线上东平水道特大桥是国内首座公轨同层布置钢箱梁斜拉桥,桥梁宽度达46.5m,其主桥部分岸上及浅水区钢箱梁段因浮吊无法直接安装就位,梁段下方需搭设支架,浮吊将梁段吊装至支架后,采用穿心式千斤顶进行拖拉滑移至设计位置的方法进行安装。提出了吊装钢箱梁在滑座上快速就位方法和双层叠放钢箱梁共同滑移的思路,为安装节约了时间,较好地解决了合龙段后期安装难的问题。滑移过程中对不同基础形式的支架做了沉降及应力监测,确保了施工安全。 Dongping waterway super large bridge on the new traffic line in Nanhai district of Foshan city is the first steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with the highway and railway on the same plane,whose width is up to 46. 5m. The steel box girders of the main bridge on shore and shallow waters cannot be directly installed in place by floating crane,therefore it needs to set supports under those girders. After floating crane hoisting the girder on supports,using centre hole jack to drag and slide the girder to design location for installation. It provides ways that not only steel box girder takes its place on sliding bottom quickly but also double stacked steel box girders slide together,which saves installing time and makes it easy to install the closure segment. Settlement and stress monitoring of supports with different foundation are made to ensure the safety of sliding construction.
