摘要
作为清末新政主要内容之一的《北洋官报》,不仅在官报的创办上具有样板的功能,其发行方式也被晚清其他百种官报模仿,不仅传统官报发行之大清邮局、民信局、驿递等邮递途径被广泛运用于官报发行中,而且形成了"派销"与"代销"为主,辅之以函购等发行方式。本文从《北洋官报》之派购对象、派销份数、添购及报费之欠解等角度,考察《北洋官报》的派销发行,以期分析清末官报的停刊与其主要发行方式——派销之间的关系。
Peiyang Gazette was one important part of the New Deal in Late Qing Dynasty, its start and circulation had been regarded as a typical template for the later, not only followed the former circulation channel of Ta Qing Post Office, Civil Post Service and courier station, but also utilized new channel of selling by apportion or by proxy. Based on the materials of its prescribe-purchase object, apportion number, additional purchase, arrears, and income transferring, this essay analyzed the ending of Government Gazette in Late Qing Dynasty influenced by its main circulation channel of apportion selling.
